Abstract: Project title: Improving macroeconomic policies in the "Doi moi" period of Vietnam
Description: After 20 years of renovation, Vietnamese economy has marked an obvious advance. The growth rate of economy has increased, the people's life has improved and the position of Vietnam in the world economy increased. However, to develop the economy stably, there are many problems to be solved related to the theory as well as the practice. During the transition from the planning focus to a market economy under the State's controlling, especially in the period of integration into the world economy, the awareness and use of macro-economic policy has significance for the development process of Vietnamese economy. Recently, there were many research on macro-economic policy of Vietnam. However, these reseach just analyze each and combine these policies. Until now, there is no research on policy of macro-economic policy as the conversion of all Vietnam on the path of integration. Therefore, we research and further clarify the theoretical issues of economic policy and models, analyze the movement of the economy in Vietnam during the conversion and integration, analyze the macroeconomic policy in the overall economic development of Vietnam. On that basis, we evaluate the advantages and dissavantages in the application of macro-economic and propose some solutions to improve the macro-economic policy of Vietnam.
