Main content: By using the suitable and trust methodology, the research achieved the following results: - Over view the concepts of internet marketing systematicly. - Analyze the status of implementing condition for using internet m marketing the current applying internet marketing in Vietnamese enterprises and experiences of famous companies. - Propose the solutions to improve the effectiveness of internet marketing.
